Wills

A Will is a document that sets out a person's wishes for their estate after death. Making a Will allows you to provide clear instructions for the distribution of your property and to appoint an Executor to handle your affairs.

A Will can also make provision for the particular needs of family members and, with appropriate advice, may form part of tax planning. If you do not make a Will, your estate will be divided according to the law rather than necessarily in the way you would have chosen.

Fixed fee: €350 plus VAT for a single person and €500 plus VAT for a couple.
